I leveraged smaller product launches ahead of the Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) to develop templates and automation to enhance my workflow. I had even managed to automate certain things like merchandising strips for Windows 10 laptops and certain types of banners ads.
By the time E3 came around, one other Production Designer and I comfortably launched about 25 products for E3 that year. Product Detail Pages, toolkits, and banners for each of them. That team measured their success by an 'accuracy' rating and partner satisfaction surveys. Morgan and I were the first ever 100% scores in both categories.
